Today we talk to Dr Esther Fox about her philosophy ‘ Movement is Medicine’. During this episode Esther debunks injury recovery and outdated concepts around injury and ageing. Esther is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a PhD in Exercise for people with neurological conditions. She has lectured in Physiotherapy at University of Plymouth and is now Director of Physiotherapy at ‘Mount Kelly Physio’. She unapologetically promotes that exercise is absolutely essential for everyone and tells people to keep walking no matter what!
